• Do I need to have done any prior purpose work to attend?

  No. This program takes you through the full purpose discovery process from the beginning. Whether this is your first exposure to this work or you're reconnecting with purpose you explored years ago, the program meets you where you are.

• Will my organization fund this?

  Many participants receive institutional support for development of this kind. The program is built on the same Purpose to Impact® methodology used by senior leaders at Unilever, ING, LEGO Group, DBS Bank, Heineken, and West Point. It has also been independently studied by economists from the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in a two-year randomized controlled trial across 14 countries and nearly 3,000 employees. Participants return with deeper self-awareness, a clear leadership compass for navigating uncertainty, a cross-sector professional network, and a four-month peer coaching structure that extends the impact well beyond the program itself.

• What is the time commitment beyond the three days?

  After the in-person program, your cohort subgroup meets monthly for four months, typically 60 to 90 minutes per session. These sessions sustain momentum, build accountability, and deepen the relationships formed during the three days.

• What is the AI purpose companion?

  It's a personal AI tool trained on your specific purpose journey, your stories, your purpose, your plan. It serves as a mirror and guide after the program, helping you stay connected to your purpose when the pace of daily life makes it hard to see clearly. The companion is currently in pilot with a small group of program alumni, and November participants will receive early access.

• What does the investment include?

  The $2,495 program fee includes all three days of the immersive program, lunch each day, all program materials, early access to your personal AI purpose companion, and the four-month peer cohort follow-up.

• What is NOT included?

  Travel to Cambridge, hotel accommodations, and meals outside of the program are the responsibility of the participant. A list of recommended hotels near EF Education First Headquarters will be provided upon registration.

• What should I expect from the small group work?

  Subgroups are intentionally curated to bring together leaders who understand your world and leaders who expand it. The work is structured, demanding, and conducted with a level of psychological safety most leaders haven't experienced in a professional setting. You will share your stories, listen deeply to others, and watch your purpose emerge in conversation with people who become collaborators well beyond the program.

• Who facilitates the program?

  The program is led by Nick Craig, founder of Core Leadership Institute and author of Leading From Purpose, alongside three senior CLI consultants: Lisa DeAngelis, Ph.D.; Adam Goodman, Ph.D.; Mark Saine and Sandy Hessler. Full instructor bios are available in the program brochure.
