Event description

Join us for a powerful, thought-provoking discussion on how to break societal barriers, lead with intent, inspire younger generations, and drive sustainable change - all geared towards becoming better humans.

The Key Discussions
  • How do we break these societal barriers of gender inequality to reach the point that these conversations become irrelevant and obsolete?
  • How can we empower younger generations to do things differently and be wiser in navigating stereotypes?
  • What role does social media and pop culture play in teaching the youth how to portray themselves and how to deal with others around them – both in their personal and professional lives?
  • What does leadership mean to you and how do you display these qualities on a day-to-day basis?
  • In what ways do you encourage progress over perfection in your team? And how do you help them understand that rights, responsibilities, and rewards go hand-in-hand?
  • What actionable steps can we take to start or join a community who leads us all through the next part of the journey - towards gender equality and overall becoming better humans?
