What is this Course is About

Be one of the first people in NZ to experience the next iteration of Leading SAFe 6.0, in-person, in Auckland!

SAFe® is short for the Scaled Agile Framework. It is where Agile meets scale.

Often misunderstood as rigid, prescriptive and overcomplicated, it is deeply rooted in Lean-Agile principles, and loosely defined enough that you must contextualise how it would work for your organisation. In fact, according to the latest State of Agile report, SAFe® is the leading industry framework for Agile at scale, and it’s no wonder why.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the day, participants would have learnt the following SAFe lean-Agile principles through theoretical and practical exercises. Taught by master visual facilitator and Agile Coach, Zhi Lee, we complement the prescribed theory book with experiential activities.

We cover the updates to SAFe such as Business Agility Value Streams and re-emphasis on Lean.
