In this session we will cover

Change, even organisational change happens one person at a time. This practical workshop focuses on leading and implementing change – and in particular leading the people side of change. It shows how to move from a reactive to a proactive approach to change management by understanding the process of change, the common human responses to change and the 4 stages of transition.

You will walk away with a 3-step tool for coaching through change plus a greater understanding of the tasks of the leader in times of change and disruption.

Refund policy

NOTE 1: Cancellation for training sessions. Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course. NOTE 2: Should a course, due to Covid-alert level conditions nearer the time, need to be postponed or moved across onto Zoom, we shall advise nearer the scheduled date, with as much notice given as possible. NOTE 3: A refund will be made but will not include the booking fee amount which was part of the session cost that ANCAD paid when the ticket was first purchased. NOTE 4: ANCAD reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session if a session is undersubscribed or if there is a genuine reason it cannot take place as advertised. Communication to this effect will be sent to everyone who has registered prior to the session date. All monies, if paid, will be refunded.
