Dr Kim Vella
Founder and Principal Coach, Kim Vella Coaching Kim has more than three decades of experience across the Australian Public Service, higher education and Defence, including as a Senior Executive Service officer in the Australian Government. She coaches senior ADF and APS leaders through complex, high-stakes change, and designs executive leadership development programs. Kim is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and a Professional Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Her PhD in Sociology is from the Australian National University.

Saroj Saldanha
Founder & Principal Coach, Adeptus Talent Pty Ltd Saroj brings over two decades of international experience in leadership assessment, executive coaching and organisational development, having lived and worked across four countries. She helps senior leaders turn strategy into action, navigate complex change and strengthen team performance. An ICF Professional Certified Coach, Saroj designs and facilitates leadership journeys for senior leaders, integrating executive coaching with practical leadership development. Her work spans defense and intelligence, food security, real estate and retail. She combines commercial insight with people expertise to build leadership capability and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
