Leading through Engoori

A 2 day workshop that supports participants to develop a greater understanding of the origins of deficit discourse and the strategies required to improve the quality of relationships with First Nations peoples. 

Participants will build their leadership capacity to:

• Facilitate authentic community consultation and engagement
• Respond effectively to complex challenges
• Identify and facilitate necessary cultural change
• Learn from the past and challenge the present to shape the future
