Leading Through the 2026 Noise

Adelaide Talent Meetup x The Performance Chain

The past year has challenged assumptions, tested resilience and reshaped the way organisations attract, engage and retain talent. From economic uncertainty and workforce shortages to AI disruption and changing employee expectations, leaders have been required to make decisions in an increasingly noisy environment.

Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking evening as a panel of South Australia's leading executives share how they are navigating uncertainty, maintaining focus, and leading their organisations through complexity and change.

This is not another presentation about trends. It's an honest conversation about leadership, decision-making, culture, communication and performance in a rapidly evolving world.

What we'll explore

How leaders cut through competing priorities and distractions
Maintaining culture, engagement and performance during periods of change
Communicating with clarity when uncertainty is high
Leading teams through disruption, transformation and workforce challenges
The opportunities and risks presented by AI and emerging technologies
What effective leadership looks like in 2026 and beyond
