Healthy Hospo has collaborated with Pegasus Health to bring you an interactive workshop for hospitality staff and leaders focused on recognising, responding to, and supporting mental health in your team.

In this training, you will:

Recognise early signs of mental distress in staff

Start safe, supportive conversations

Understand pathways for support

Reduce stigma and lead a mentally healthy team
Build resilience for yourself and your team
Take practical steps to improve wellbeing at work

Designed specifically for the hospitality industry and facilitated by professionals in mental health and leadership, this workshop is practical, down-to-earth, and packed with real-world tools. Participants will leave with tangible resources and strategies they can immediately implement to support mental health and wellbeing in their workplace.

Lunch will be provided.
