This workshop is for emerging leaders (from junior to middle management) who need to navigate the complexities and competing priorities of large organisations. This is an opportunity to understand how you can be a force for positive change right now, right where you are.

2020 is around the corner and the role of business in society is evolving. We know that we need to accelerate progress towards a more equitable and regenerative economy. But change can be hard, particularly within large organisations.

Trust in institutions is waning. You can stand out in your career by helping your organisation thrive in an age where winning in business is no longer just about being the best IN the world, but being the best FOR the world.

Workshop venue at KPMG: Level 38, room 16
