Leafy Greens all year round from your own garden:
Join us for a leafy greens growing demo, hosted by Christel Schrank from Food Forests of the Fraser Coast Facebook group.
Christel has worked in agriculture, horticulture and natural resource management much of her life.
She started the River Heads Food Forest public demonstration garden in 2014, has volunteered at local community gardens and currently volunteers at the Community Nursery and Seed Library.
Cuttings and seeds will be given away, so please bring a plastic bag. A few items may be available for sale.
Tea/Coffee provided, feel free to bring a plate to share for morning tea afterwards.
