Lean Construction ANZ CoP: Target Value Design Marshmallow Challenge
Description
Join us on 22 October for another Lean Construction ANZ Community of Practice (CoP) session, facilitated by Dr Gao Shang. Through an interactive Marshmallow Challenge, we’ll explore how the basic principles of Target Value Design (TVD)can be learnt through a simple, brief simulation. Come ready to collaborate, experiment and reflect on what the game can teach us about lean and TVD. Through the game, you will observe:
How what gets designed and what gets built can differ.
How teams can creatively engineer ‘value’ within a target cost while meeting client requirements.
Why teamwork and collaboration matter.
A fun game awaits, with plenty of free marshmallows provided!
