You want to feel at ease and confident, even with all the light and shade that 2021 has been for you, so that you can BE calm and revitalised into 2022.

I am Lisa Cohen, of In2Balance Kinesiology, and together we will honour the light and the shade of 2021, we will release the dis-ease and overwhelm, and so create space for your intention and joy for 2022.

Imagine yourself travelling and at the end of the day, you need a place to replenish your energy, rest your head and re-energise for the next day of travel... this is what you will experience here - after travelling through 2022, you will have a time to honour, rest and replenish, ready for the next stage of your journey, ready for 2022!

Incorporate mindfulness/meditation, EFT Tapping, 'Questing', journaling and open sharing...

You will leave with a new vitality, feeling calm and at ease so that you can move into 2022 with confidence and ease.
