    Have you always dreamt of singing like Britney Spears, but been too shy? Do you channel your inner singing diva, but your bathroom mirror is the only audience? Do you simply love Britney, no matter how "toxic"?

    If you said yes, yes and YES, then this experience is for you!

    Join the very loved musical theatre composer, and musician Lucy O’Brien as she teaches you "...Baby One More Time" and "Toxic" and leads you in a fun, fabulous singalong.

    About the artist:

    Composer, music director & arranger for musical theatre from Melbourne, Australia

    G’day! I’m Lucy, & I work in musical theatre. At the moment, I’m writing a new piece about the Chelsea Hotel in NYC, I’m working as a dep music director for SIX Australia, teaching voice & playing piano bar around Melbourne. Recently I was part of the first APRA SongHub for musical theatre, curated by Yve Blake, Sonya Suares and Eddie Perfect. This year, I made my Off-Broadway debut as an arranger on new work Skin (Andrew Strano & Yuri Shibata. I’ve worked on The Deb (ATYP), a workshop of Spitfire GIrls (Rosie Meader), while teaching for VCASS, Patrick Studios Australia and Stage School Australia. I finished my masters of Graduate Musical Theatre Writing from New York University in 2020, with the assistance of a professional development grant from the Australia Council for the Arts, the American Australian Association, and a scholarship from New York University.
