Event description

Join us for this family-friendly workshop to learn about the many varieties of native Australian bees and how to attract them to your garden. Discover the special role of these fascinating creatures in our environment.

Make a ‘bee hotel’ from recycled materials and take home three local native plants to grow flowers to feed native bees in your garden.

This workshop is for adults and families (children aged 5+ with accompanying adult). Each booking includes a set of one “bee hotel” and three plants. If families want to have additional set(s) of plants and hotel(s), please purchase additional $5 ticket(s).

Jenny Deans from Cosmophylla Garden Services and Advice is a passionate gardener and land carer with a love for exploring the wonders of the natural world with children.
