Do you have drums, singing bowls, shakers, chimes, harps and other "sound bathing" musical instruments lying around unused at home?

Maybe you don't play them because you may not know HOW to play them fully?

Well I'm inviting you to dust them off and Come Play, Explore, Learn new techniques and tips and Jam together for some Fun and Healing.

If you don't have any instruments but you're interested in playing along and participating anyway - no problem! - we will have EXTRAS, so you won't miss out.

Children from 5yrs welcome to participate. Younger children must stay with their parents and will be only get to play percussion instruments unless otherwise given permission because some of the instruments can break if not handled with care and are expensive to replace. After we have played and explored until our hearts content in our Learn & Jam session, for those who are interested there will be an opportunity to stay on to receive a sound bathing experience for yourself.
