Lead by Xinzhe. LEARN workshops are delivered by students, for students. Hosted by MONSU Caulfield.

A beginner-friendly Ballet class where you can learn some basic ballerina moves. Your session will start with a proper warm-up, followed by technique training at the barre, and easy-to-follow choreography on the floor. You will be guided on your posture, coordination, musicality, and movement quality.

Afterward, there will be a short ballet combination where you will be able to apply techniques that you have learned, and develop some performance skills! ✨🩰

This is a great chance to learn ballet in a fun and supportive environment, while getting to improve your technique and enjoy the creativity and artistry of ballet. 🧑‍🩰

Time: 12:30 – 2:30 PM

Location: Australian Academy of Dance, 80 Waverley Rd, Malvern East VIC 3145 (just a few minutes walk off-campus towards McDonald's)

What to bring: Your water bottle and a small sweat towel. You can wear some comfortable clothes or activewear that you can stretch in, and some socks or ballet canvas flats.
