Join us for a FREE, trauma-informed self-defence series designed to support young people aged 18-25 to feel strong, capable, and safer in their everyday lives.

This program includes three individual self-defence sessions, each focusing on practical, hands-on skills. You can attend one session or take part in all three.

Learn practical techniques from qualified instructors from GKR Karate in a welcoming and inclusive environment. These sessions are open to all genders and suitable for all fitness levels.

Headspace support will be available throughout the sessions, offering information and wellbeing support for young people.
