This course is an excellent follow on for those who have completed the content strategy in practice course (or equivalent experience).

More and more pressure has been placed on our digital channels to provide excellent customer service for minimal effort and cost.

In order to meet those pressures, a well-considered and implementable governance plan is needed.

Content operations or content governance is all about running your content channels more efficiently.

At the end of this training, you will:

• Know what a typical governance plan should cover
• Decide what governance functions you currently need
• Estimate the elements of your governance plan
• Understand how to document your governance plan

• Anyone responsible for the running and management of a website or groups of websites.
• Useful if you already have a working content strategy and are ready to move onto the logistics.
