In this course you will learn to meditate proficiently, and create a daily meditation routine of your own to experience the full benefits of a regular meditation practice. During the course, students often report feeling calmer, clearer, and more rested, peaceful and focussed, with benefits continuing to deepen with ongoing practice.
The technique you will learn is the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation, which is a modernisation of a technique that has been practised for thousands of years origniating in India.

This course is running online via Zoom video meeting.
- Monday 28th September 7-8:30pm (AEST)
- Tuesday 29th September 7-8:30pm
- Wednesday 30th September 7-8:30pm
Please note this is a 3 session course; it is important to attend all 3 consecutive days.
