Discover Yourself Through Journaling

A few years ago, I felt like I was just going through the motions—busy, tired, and unsure of where life was heading. That’s when I started journaling. Just 5–10 minutes a day, asking myself simple but powerful questions. Over time, it changed everything.

This workshop is for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wants to understand themselves better. You’ll learn how journaling can help you slow down, tune in, and make sense of your thoughts.

We’ll use prompts from the Ignite Life Journal—a guide that has helped hundreds of people gain clarity, find purpose, and spark change in their lives. You don’t need to be a writer. You just need to show up with a pen, an open mind, and the courage to reflect.
