Learning the tools and keys of self knowledge are key if we are interested in improving our lives. We have been taught many things, but not how to know who we are, or how we can realise our potential. This course will teach something completely new in that it is a practical course. We don't just want to know the theory, but how to do it for ourselves. This is a knowledge that all of us has within and one that we all have a capacity to learn.

As the Oracle at Delphi said, 'Man Know Yourself, and you will know the Universe."

However, we have to start somewhere! The first steps are learning to live from moment to moment, and from here we discover many surprising things about ourselves.

Our school, the Hermes Trismegistus School of Self Knowledge, is a registered charity (based in Ireland: charity number 20204493) and we offer free online courses across the world to all who are interested.

Our Online Course starting on Friday 1st August is open to all, and starts at 6pm (New Zealand time). The talk will last an hour, and will introduce the course, which will take place each Friday at 6pm. Each class lasts for about an hour.
