ISOC x UNSW Boxing is back for nine weeks this term. There are three nights to choose from, the coaching is professional, and the Sunday session down at Maroubra Beach is free for anyone holding a pass.

If you have never boxed before, start on Thursday 1st October with the beginners' intake. If you have been at it a while, there is an advanced stream running inside the Wednesday. The training is technical and it is hard work, and we fold in the health and fitness side from both modern sports science and prophetic teachings.

📅 Schedule & Location

Program: 9 weeks, Wednesday 30th September to Saturday 28th November 2026
Starting: Wednesday 30th September. New to boxing? Start Thursday 1st October with our beginners' intake.
Three sessions to choose from each week:
Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Beginners and Advanced)
Thursday: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM (Beginners only)
Saturday: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM ((Beginners only)
Main Training Location: Sam Cracknell Pavilion, Level 1, UNSW

🎟 Choosing Your Pass

Your pass sets how many sessions a week you train. You pick the days that suit you.

9 Session Pass (1 session a week), $100. That works out at about $11 a session. One session per week across the 9 weeks, on whichever of the three days fits your timetable.
18 Session Pass (2 sessions a week), $185. Just over $10 a session, and $15 cheaper than buying two 9 Session Passes. Any two of the three days each week across the 9 weeks.

💪 Advanced Training

Got some ring time behind you already? An advanced stream runs within the Wednesday sessions, led and managed by our coaches. There is no extra cost and no separate ticket. Buy the same pass, tell us at checkout that you are interested, and your coach will take it from there.

Free Sunday Strength & Conditioning: Join us every Sunday at Maroubra Beach (pavilion beachfront), 11:20 AM – 12:30 PM. This one is on us and does not count towards your session total.

🛑 Brothers Only & Age Limit: This specific program is a Brothers-Only initiative. All participants must be 18+ to register.
🎽 Sparring Policy: Sparring is a core part of the development program. A mouthguard is strictly mandatory to participate in any sparring elements. You can purchase one via the ticket add-ons if you do not already own one.
