Join us for NEST (Nutrition Education & Skills Training), a free, six-week cooking and nutrition program run by OzHarvest.

Each week you’ll cook easy, delicious recipes alongside a small group, pick up practical nutrition skills, and sit down to share the meal you’ve made together. It’s hands-on, relaxed, and genuinely useful — whether you’re a confident cook or you’ve never made anything more adventurous than toast.
