Learn to Fly! Arm Balancing workshop with Clare

Foundational alignment and cuing tips for Crane Pose, Handstand, Forearm Stand, Side Crane, Koundinyasana (funky split leg balance) and more.
How to prepare wrists, shoulders, core for arm balances
How to use breathe to support you to lift up off the floor
How to use props to create more support
