Learning to live with less stress and more ease

There is a clearing. And a path.


In this introductory workshop I will show you practical ways to regulate your nervous system. We will work with our senses bringing awareness to our 'sixth sense'': proprioception or body-sense. We will explore through play how our thinking affects our movement and the way we feel in different situations. Finally we will look at objects and discover how our relationship to everyday objects can help us to maintain our balance on all levels, emotional, physical and spiritual.

This is an introductory workshop based on the princples of the Alexander Technique which I have been studying and teaching for the last 10 years. The Alexander Technique is a subtle method of reprogramming our neuro-muscular habits to bring more awareness and ease into our everyday lives.
