LEARN TO MAKE GỎI CUỐN / VIETNAMESE SUMMER ROLLS 🥬✨

As we celebrate the Matariki season — a time of reflection, connection, and coming together — join us for a hands-on cultural cooking workshop centred around food, community, and shared stories.

Led by Thi Thach from Sàigòn Xin Chào, participants will learn how to make fresh Vietnamese gỏi cuốn (summer rolls) while connecting with others in a warm and welcoming space.

Perfect for beginners, food lovers, and anyone wanting to experience Vietnamese culture through food.
