Do you love a good sausage? Ever thought about making your own? Now's your chance!

A hands-on workshop, this class includes butchery, recipe development, mincing, and finally filling and forming two different types of sausages. Yes, you'll be doing all of these steps yourself!

When we’ve finished our sausages, we’ll join around a long table to share lunch complete w/grilled meats, salads and of course a beer or wine to celebrate our hard work.
