    Event description

The Department of Natural Resources Tasmania, Environment, Heritage and Land Division in conjunction with the Farm Business Resilience Program will present a free training course: “LISTmap for farmers and agricultural practitioners”.

In an interactive session, learn to create your own maps of your farm. Use the overlays that suit you such as land capability, soil, water, natural resources enterprise suitability, diverse risk maps or NDVI imaging to highlight variability in your crops/pastures. Once you finished the course you will have a fantastic tool to help with decision making and planning.

A fantastic new feature of LISTmap you will be able to use for planning are the climate futures layers for your area.

You will be able to work on a laptop provided by the host organisation for the course.

Please register to attend before Friday 30th August.

If you have any questions or issues please contact Doris: dorisb@rmcg.com.au
