Want to learn how to pickle but don't know where to start? Let Pickling Queen and Waste Warrior, Alex Elliott-Howery, from Cornersmith show you how! In this one hour hands on class Alex will teach you how to turn excess vegetables into the most delicious homemade pickles. You will learn about everything from vinegar choices, flavour combinations, sterilisation, heat processing and all the essential safety information for pickling at home. There'll be tasters, time for questions, and you will leave with the confidence to pickle anything!

Please note the masterclasses will run with tables of 6, and should you purchase less than 6 tickets you may be seated next to guests that you don't know.
