LEARN TO WEAVE & MAKE A BEAUTIFUL PAIR OF EARRINGS TO KEEP!

Join local artist Kirrily Jordan in a fun weaving workshop and make your own pair of gorgeous raffia earrings - perfect as a gift to yourself or for a loved one. You'll have a great time making new connections with likeminded folks while you develop your skills!

What you'll learn:         

• How to work with raffia fibres 
• The tools you’ll need 
• A simple and versatile running stitch you can apply to future projects
• Shaping your earrings
• Adding jewellery hooks 

This workshop is great for beginners and intermediate weavers. Our focus is on exploration, play and self-expression, not perfection! 

All materials for the day and some delicious snacks are provided.

About me: I am a non-Indigenous weaver born and grown on Ngunnawal, Ngambri, Dharug and Guringai country. The weaving I share has been handed down from many traditions and where appropriate is passed on with permission.
