WHAT TO EXPECT

As a guide to helping you understand the value of this course.  Here is a bit more information.

In this course participants will ask and answer 

- How should we present the mutual in ways consistent with our principles? i.e local and farmer-led

- How do we leverage our local networks "what and how do we pitch?"

- What's our brand?  Path to market? Farmer engagement process?

This course asks - and helps farmers answer - “What are the fundamental factors that enable scaling of a mutual?”

OTHER INFORMATION

This will be the topic we explore with participants in this dynamic collaborative Learning Together format. This course builds on the successful collaboration delivered under the Co-operative Farming Program in August and September 2020 that explored 'Measurement, Credibility and Monetization through a Protected Habitat Mutual' and ’Business Model, Business Processes and Principles of Mutualisation’ March 2021.

It is recommended, but not compulsory, that participants familiarise themselves with the previous course content

The course will be facilitated over multiple weeks by Rohan Clarke and Andrew Ward.  Ben Peacock from Republic of Everyone will present the initial brand work.
