We are thrilled to invite you to the closing and final event of our annual program, Unknotting Sentipensares! 🌟

Together, we’ll journey through our first territory—our body— and its profound relationship with the earth. You are welcome to bring a question or thought related to this theme to guide your personal exploration. This workshop is open to any adult who would like to respectfully experience collective thinking through movement.

As this is an outdoor movement activity, please come prepared with:

👕 Comfortable clothing (no denim)

💧 A water bottle

☀️ Sunscreen
