Adam is a renowned author in the cider and perry world who's most recent book - Perry A Drinker's Guide - won many awards. He is a certified Pommelier and will be giving us a wonderful insight into the world of perry, cider making, judging global competitions, and the general cider scene!
On top of his talk, Adam will be bringing copies of his book along to the event! These will be available for purchase if you'd like to learn and venture more into the world of perry!
Adam will be hosting a tasting of 5 perrys from some of the best producers the UK has to offer.
