Event description
Legacy Project
Dates 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/24 Each session is one hour, Join one or all four.
A 4-week guided writing series for reflection, connection, and creative expression. No writing experience necessary!
Ever felt like you should write down your stories but never quite get around to it?
You're definitely not alone. Whether it’s for yourself, or to preserve your legacy for future generations, this workshop offers an inviting and relaxed place to finally start.
Each week, we’ll explore helpful prompts on topics like childhood, pivotal moments, lessons learned, and family history. You’ll have time to write quietly, share if you feel inclined, and connect with others who are doing the same. There is no pressure and no “right” way to do it.
Led by Morgan Everitt, an artist and end of life doula with years of experience helping people preserve their legacies, live fully, and navigate life's beautiful and difficult transitions.
This workshop is ideal for:
Adults who want to reflect on life in a creative, low-pressure way
People who have always meant to write down their stories but never found the time or structure
Anyone interested in self-discovery, sharing wisdom across generations, and leaving a legacy behind
Those who may or may not see themselves as “writers,” but enjoy journaling and deep conversations
Individuals seeking meaningful human connection and space for reflection
