Weds 25 March - Day One – Safety Planning

Learn how to take a domestic violence history, develop safety plans and carry out risk assessments and the legal tools available to help keep your clients safe.

Thurs 26 March - Day Two – Victim Support, Record Keeping and Subpoenas

Learn about the Victim Support Scheme, tips for record keeping and how to respond and object to Notices to Produce and subpoenas.
