Join the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office for the first seminar in our flagship series - now offered as a hybrid event. This is an opportunity to hear from senior leaders and experts on the legal issues impacting the Victorian Public Sector and to delve into the legal and practical responses to those issues. Members of the public can be persistent and fixated, unreasonably litigious and more recently identify as sovereign citizens. Their positions are presenting increasing legal and operational and safety risks across government. At this session, a panel of experts will discuss how you can respond to this challenging behaviour and the risks it creates. The panel will consist of:
