As counsellors and other providers of services to the public, it is vital that we understand consumer rights. What is required of us as we market, promote and contract our services, to ensure we stay within the law? What should people do when they feel taken advantage of as consumers?

Also very suitable to encourage clients to attend, to learn more about consumer law for themselves.
