As counsellors (and pastors, and youth & community workers), clients often come to us when they are having employment issues. These might be related to work-place bullying & harassment, HR process or complaints, conflict around employment transitions or working conditions. It helps if we have a grasp of what the law actually says about the rights & responsibilities of employees and employers.

Also very suitable to encourage clients to attend, to learn more about employment law for themselves.
