Lemon Footbath Workshop
Event description
Experience the calming and healing effects of the lemon footbath, led byanthroposophical nurse Jan Rayson - a wonderful tool for parents to support wellbeing for our children and ourselves as we come into Winter.
Limited numbers, bookings essential.
Time: The workshop will run from 1:30pm to 3:00pm, finishing in time for you to collect your children at 3pm. Please aim to arrive between 1:20 and 1:30pm so we can begin promptly.
Location: The workshop will be held at Rosewood Cottage, located at the early childhood end of the school. Please drive down and park in the preschool/kindergarten car park, then make your way to the little cottage near the road at the front.
What to bring
Please bring the following to the workshop:
– 1 bucket/bowl/dish – large enough for your feet to fit in comfortably and for the water to come up to your ankles
– 1 blanket
– 2 towels
– 1 pair of warm socks
Having these items in time for the workshop on Thursday will also ensure you’re ready to go home and give a lemon footbath to your children right away.
* NOTE: We would ask you to please NOT bring any children to the workshop, as it will be an adult learning space and we’d like you to fully experience a lemon footbath and all there is to learn.
