Join westies for Palestine for an in-person offering:

Yoga with Amanda:   As we continue to work towards a free and liberated future, are bombarded by the atrocities across the globe , we take a moment to acknowledge that our nervous systems need rest.

Pressure Postcards:  Postcard making to flood the post and remind our MPs that we have NOT forgotten about Palestine

Don't forget to join us for a community potluck morning tea!


BYO:

- towel/yoga mat

- juicer, lemons, turmeric, ginger, knife, chopping board (supplies will be available but limited).

- morning tea to share

- craft scissors, glue, cardboard, textas if you have them (we'll have plenty as well)
