Simply lie down comfortably, to receive the frequencies for this group. Brought through in sound healing, with drumming, singing bowls, wind chimes and other instruments. Together with soothing songs, light language and toning.

The session involves chakra balancing, which is working with the seven chakra points in your energy field. Gentle but powerful activations for each chakra point, energy healing for harmonising.

Specifically working with the solar plexus area, your power centre, within your own divinity and grace remembering. Remembering and reclaiming, in that these sessions are really just telling you what you already know. Almost like instructions that you have put somewhere a long time ago, in order to find them at a later time when you were ready.

Each session is different. The aim is that you feel calmer, more empowered, and reassured.

Nicola Rose Gibbons is a sound healer known for her work with light language, voice toning, and vibrational healing. The light language words help to calm the nervous system and activate DNA potential. She has hosted groups around the world, and is now living in Tauranga Moana.
