Join, taste, meet and greet at Darlin Dal to celebrate 5 years in business (Kicharee Kitchn' / Darlin Dal). Engage and experience the essence of Ayurveda the {Science of Life} and how this may help you and your family.

This series of 4 weekly workshops educate on how to empower your health and are all held in the cosy hub of Darlin’ Dal! Register for 1, or register for all 4! Numbers are strictly limited so book early.

Every Sunday, 16 May to 6 June 2021, 3pm - 5pm (except 23 May starts at 2pm) and includes door prizes, gorgeous goodie bags, and competitions! Then open to the general public for tastings + Ayurvedic Cocktail Hour 5-6pm.

Join our local Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant Meredith Russell and co as we discuss and cook plant based and how to add this superfood to your lifestyle.

Why are the medicinally spiced Darlin’ Dal dals so loved by all ages and bringing much needed results?

If you say you cannot digest beans, this one is for you.

Bean and legumes are appearing in everything now. Why? How can you add this wonderful nutrition and fibre into your diet?

Legume cooking tips as well as a cooking demonstration and a free Darlin Dal to take home for each ticket.
