LEQ Early Years and OSHC Conference 2026

Through the Lutheran Lens: Cultivating Leadership, Inspiring Wonder

The two-day Early Years & OSHC Conference sees our Service Leaders (and, joining on the Saturday, their nominated staff) engage in a bumper program of professional learning. With keynote speakers in the areas of leadership, wellbeing, resilience and inclusive practice, you’ll explore current practices and challenges through the lens of approved learning frameworks and what it means to be a Lutheran service.

The Conference also provides a valued time for us to come together, support each other, learn from each other, and celebrate the amazing education and care you and your teams provide every day to children and families.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is recommended that you book tickets for each staff member in a separate Humanitix transaction.  You will NOT be charged on booking but receive an invoice from LEQ Early Years accounts after the event, based on the bookings made in Humanitix. 

Please discuss your accommodation and travel needs with your CSM if you have specific travel needs.

Dinner for Delegates staying on the Thursday and Saturday nights will NOT be catered for and will be the responsibility of the delegate.

Parking: A special rate of $30.00 per day is available for guests and attendees.

Accommodation: available at IBIS at conference rates. Please select your accommodation requirements when booking.

Dinner: Theme is A Celebration of Light and Wonder. Come in your lightest, brightest & most wonderful! Judging categories to be announced soon.

Conference dinner tickets are separate to Conference tickets. Please ensure you book a ticket for the Conference Dinner if attending.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received via email to LEQEvents@leq.lutheran.edu.au by the 8 May 2026.

• For cancellations made after 8 May 2026, no refund will be made.

Photos and videos of this event will be captured to be used in future event promotions via comms channels, including social media. Should you wish to opt out of photo and video capture, please check the box during the checkout process or speak to LEQ staff on event day.
