Lesbian Lift Club (LLC) is a Melbourne-based LGBTQ+ strength and social community created to bring women together through training, connection and a shared love of movement.

LLC provides a welcoming, inclusive and judgement-free environment where people of all fitness levels can build strength, gain confidence in the gym and meet like-minded people. Whether you're an experienced lifter or stepping into the weights area for the first time, everyone is encouraged to train at their own level and feel supported along the way.

More than just a workout, LLC is about creating genuine friendships and a sense of belonging through health and fitness — offering another way for the LGBTQ+ community to connect outside of traditional nightlife and dating spaces.

Lift. Connect. Belong. 🏳️‍🌈🏋️‍♀️

🌈 The Social Side

The workout is only part of LLC.

After each session, we head to a nearby venue for an optional social catch-up — a chance to grab a drink or bite to eat, unwind and get to know everyone outside of the gym.

There's absolutely no pressure to come along. Whether you stay for five minutes or the whole day, it's simply about creating an opportunity to connect, make new friends and build genuine community.

We lift together, then we hang out together.
