Lessons from the Field: Wellbeing for Leaders is a practical, thought-provoking two-hour masterclass hosted by The Beyond Boundaries Institute, designed in collaboration with The Liminal Space and facilitated by its Founder, Dr Shane Glasson. Shane has an unbridled passion for leadership and has dedicated his life’s work to the identification, development and revitalisation of leaders.

This masterclass is not a session about adding another thing to your already overflowing leadership plate. Instead, it aims to shift the conversation from surviving leadership to flourishing.

Aimed at existing and aspiring leaders, participants will have the opportunity to explore the data shaping the wellbeing landscape for school leaders, examine real-world case studies demonstrating the impact of unattended wellbeing, and undertake a personal temperature check on their own wellbeing. Most importantly, they will leave with practical, actionable strategies to build resilience, fortify wellbeing and sustain themselves for the long haul.
