About Shane

Shane Radbone has had a 30+ year career in CEO roles and Entreprenuership. His presentation on "Lessons in Leadership" encompasses learnings both good and bad from leadership.
Shane founded EFM as a 19 year old, after playing football for Sturt and Essendon. After successfully selling the business ten years later, he embarked on a career of CEO roles.

At Age 29, was CEO of Wendy's Ice Cream until it was sold in 2006. In 2005 he was awarded the Young Leader of the Year award.
He became COO of 7-Eleven Australia, a $3bn convenience store business based out of Melbourne.
In 2013, he successfully sued google to have one of the first wins in Australian court history. This is a story in itself.
In 2014, he took on CEO role of Cheap as Chips, then eventually spearheaded the management buy out. He remains today as shareholder of Cheap as Chips and former Board member.
Shane currently sits on a number of boards, and specialises in Coaching and mentoring business owners, senior executives and entrepreneurs.
Shane and his family have looked after up to 8 indigenous boys the past 10 years, three of which have become current AFL footballers.
Shane's stories on "Lessons in Leadership" is an authentic guide to leadership taken from real life examples.

Come along to meet Shane and enjoy a really interesting and engaging session. Please arrive at 8.30am for a 9am start.
