Let go, make space

As we move into autumn, nature invites us to slow down, to release, and to return to what truly matters

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season is linked to the Metal element, associated with the breath, with boundaries, and with the ability to let go of what is no longer needed

This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to explore these qualities through the body

We will begin with a grounding solo practice, blending yoga and breath to soften, open and create space from within

From there, we move into guided partner work, exploring connection, support and the balance between holding and releasing

The workshop will then gently transition into an introduction to Zenthai Shiatsu, where you will learn a simple, guided sequence to give and receive. A practice rooted in touch, presence and deep listening

Zenthai Shiatsu is a floor-based bodywork practice combining elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zen Shiatsu and Thai massage, supporting mobility, nervous system regulation and embodied awareness

This is not a massage course, but an opportunity to experience, connect and explore in a safe and supportive space

No experience is needed. You will be guided every step of the way

You are welcome to bring your own mat, blocks, bolsters or eye mask if you prefer
