If you can’t be replaced, you can’t be promoted. And think how guilty you’d feel winning the lottery and leaving your boss in the lurch? That’s right, it’s not just business owners who need to “Let Go to Grow”.

The August edition of 2024’s 'Business Mastery for Leaders' online training will run Thursday August 15, from 9.30-11am AEST (Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne time). (Note the change of date due to the Brisbane EKKA Show holiday.)

This programme is being run for my current and alumni clients, so feel good about attending or having multiple managers join as we review and build business skills in a like-minded group. Team members can attend one workshop, or as many as they like, and recordings of all sessions are available on my YouTube Playlist page - https://www.youtube.com/@JacobAldridgeCoach/playlists.

August's focus is "Clearer Roles ‘n’ Responsibilities to create Rest ‘n’ Recuperation".

The Como RNR System consistently creates time and money for business owners and leaders.
If people are your greatest resource, how well are you investing their time across Wealth, Growth, Revenue, or Administration?
Throw out the stuffy HR manuals: Add colour and purpose to org charts, position descriptions, meeting structures, policies + procedures, and more.
Most privately owned companies operate as smoothly as a bowl of spaghetti thrown against the wall. Doing business differently is a highly profitable competitive advantage, especially when it means everyone going home on time.

Over 1.5 hours, including question time, learn about:

Why business owners are to blame when they say “My managers won’t take responsibility”
How to streamline every individual’s responsibilities in under 4 weeks
Why more meetings (but the right ones) will save you a LOT of time each month
How you can support more career pathways (including your own) even in the smallest company.
And more…

Who Should Attend

This training is designed for my clients, leaders and managers who may have forgotten - or never seen - these key strategic frameworks.

These practical skills help organisations grow Revenue, Profit, and Valuation - without compromising on the Vision and Culture that makes you unique.

The frameworks and topics apply broadly to privately-owned companies with 2-500 employees, and more specifically to those with 12 to 100 team members.

I hope these add value to your current business and L&D initiatives.
