Over four weeks, Meg will guide you to let your voice out! From the comfort and privacy of your own home, you will gain the tools and practices you need to start singing and speaking with more ease and clarity.

Come along to all four sessions, or just choose which dates suit you best!

The sessions will include:

Learning about vocal chords, voice box and resonators in the body
Simple stretching / body awareness and mindfulness
Some basic self-massage of neck, jaw, head.
Intro and practice of some common vocal warm-ups
Following Meg in some simple vocal drills / call and response singing.
A sing- and dance- along to your favourite song at the end.

Our voices are powerful tools that can be used to speak out for our values, connect with others, or just sing out loud and have a really good time! Singing is like a hug for the nervous system and can be a great remedy for moments of lockdown blues. No singing skills are required and all are welcome.
