Are you concerned about our society’s endless pursuit of growth at all costs, causing human exploitation and environmental destruction?

The growing global degrowth movement is bringing people together for a very different, low-carbon future, one that critiques the sustainability of “growth” economy.

Join us for an introductory workshop to learn about the degrowth movement and get inspired to organise grassroot environmental activism while addressing social justice issues.

We will cover topics such as how degrowth relates to the wider environmental and social justice movements, how people are already bringing degrowth to action and what you can do to drive a change with others.

Over two hours you’ll have the chance to learn, discover, share and test ideas.
